Clinic scheduling software for sessions and a front desk

Clinic scheduling software has to staff the session and the desk as different jobs. Schedultary's clinic starter uses an AM clinic, a PM clinic, and an all-day front desk, weekdays 08:00 to 17:00. Roles start as provider, nurse, and front desk. The minimum starts at two. Weekend load starts at zero. A residency rotation grid is a different product path. This starter is the clinic floor.

How a clinic day is staffed

Providers and nurses sit on the session duties. Front desk sits on the all-day duty. You raise the minimum per session when two providers are in. You can require a nurse whenever a provider is scheduled.

Rules worth saving

Skills and eligible roles stop a desk person from being placed as the provider. Approved time off is hard. Hour limits and breaks can be turned on as hours rules. They are settings you save, not a claim that every state labor rule is preloaded.

Requests from the people who work it

Providers file a session they cannot attend. Desk staff file a day off. Both land in one request window. The draft considers them together with the session minimums.

Create a Schedultary account with Google, Apple or email. After confirming your account, create a workplace or join your team with an invitation. A signed-in team connects an assistant from the setup guide.

Questions

Does this schedule patients?

No. It schedules the people who run the clinic. Patient booking stays in your clinical system.

Can I add a Saturday clinic?

Yes. Add Saturday to the duty and set a minimum. The starter leaves it off.

How is this different from residency scheduling?

A clinic shift grid fills days. A residency program fills blocks, call, and an academic year. You can run the one you have. A program does not silently become a shop.
