Employee calendar sync that stays on the published shifts

Employee calendar sync in Schedultary is a free personal link. After you publish, each person subscribes from Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, or Outlook. The feed follows the published schedule. Drafts stay off the link. The link is token-gated and marked noindex, so a search engine is not invited to read someone's shifts. A team feed is a different token from the public join link. A join token is not a calendar.

What the person actually adds

They copy the subscribe URL from their account or you send it. The calendar app refreshes on its own schedule. Shift changes you publish show up on the next refresh. Time off and swaps appear after they are approved and the roster has updated.

Phones

The website works in a phone browser, including Android. The calendar link needs no app. iPhone and Android apps are coming soon. Each person chooses whether reminders come by text once the workplace allows text messages.

Questions

Is the calendar link public?

No. It is a secret token for that person. Do not post it. Search crawlers are told not to index calendar feeds.

Does the link include the whole team?

The personal link is that person's published shifts. A team feed uses a separate token an admin controls.

Which calendar apps work?

Any app that subscribes to an ICS URL, including Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, and Outlook.
