Move a QGenda schedule in as a file you review
A QGenda schedule import in Schedultary is a file review. Match names, look at the rows, and export CSV or Excel when you want a copy out. There is no live push to QGenda. That keeps a published physician or residency board from being overwritten by a sync you did not run. After the names match, you set rules and generate the next draft in Schedultary, or keep editing the imported year by hand.
What the review is for
Exports abbreviate names and collapse a call shift into a code. The review step is where you confirm that a row is the right person and the right duty. Until you accept it, it is not the live roster your team subscribes to.
Residency years stay put
Importing history into a program fills a draft year. It does not rebuild blocks for a program that already has a calendar. Generate will not overwrite a year you have already published.
Questions
Will Schedultary write back to QGenda?
No. The path is file in, review, and CSV or Excel out.
Does the public site show my QGenda board?
No. Schedule pages require sign-in. A public join link returns the workplace name and the time-off window, not assignments.
Can I keep using both for a while?
Yes. Treat Schedultary as the next draft you control and keep exporting a file when you want a copy elsewhere.
